Membership of the Order is by application and individual review.
There are no public accounts, member logins or self-service profiles. Membership works through a written application, reviewed by an administrator. Successful applicants receive official confirmation by email.

- Applicants must share the Order's purpose and accept its ethical standards.
- Membership is open to people of every nationality, background and belief.

How to apply.
- Complete the online application.
- Receive an email confirming receipt and your application reference.
- An administrator reviews your application and may contact you for more information.
- You receive a decision by email.
Membership Expectations
What membership involves.
Members are expected to uphold the Seven Principles, treat others with respect, respect the confidentiality of other members' information, and represent the Order honestly.
Approval Process
How decisions are made.
Applications are reviewed individually by an authorised administrator from the Membership department. Approved applicants receive official confirmation of membership by email, together with a membership reference. A personalised membership certificate may also be issued.
Membership Terms
The terms of membership.
- Membership is granted at the Order's discretion and may be declined without detailed reasons.
- Membership is personal and cannot be transferred.
- Membership certificates record membership of a private organisation; they are not government-issued documents, academic qualifications or professional credentials.
- The Order will never ask for payment card or bank details by email or telephone.
- Members may resign at any time by contacting the Order.
- Membership may be ended for serious breach of the ethical standards, as set out in the constitution.
